What kind of healthcare staff do you employ?
STNA, CNA, HHA, CPR Certified, Medication 1, 2, & 3, and trained Home health aids make up our trained staff.
How do we determine the right care plan?
We will walk you through the process of developing an individual care plan that factors in the individual health needs, lifestyle, and abilities all with strong family communication and more! We will be with you every step of the way and will work to pair the best healthcare professional with you or your loved one to ensure optimal care.
What is you typical client to staff ratio?
Our typical staff-to-client ratio is 1:3. This also includes n on-staff nurse in the building.
What does communication look like with the family?
Communication with family is determined within the individual’s health care plan. We will work with you to determine the desired communication level and process and ensure those needs are being met for the patient and their loved ones.
