Our Developmental Disability Services range from Day Camps to In-Home Care. Our Priority is ensuring every individual is able to live independently, safely and enjoy every aspect of their daily lives. Whether you are looking to support a family member by enrolling them in a tailored activity program with peers they can create memories with or get daily assistance in your home to ensure manageable and safe care, we're here to support you.

Companionship

Our staff is trained to provide DODD healthcare services and expertise to ensure you or your loved ones maintain their independence and experience daily living to its fullest.

Medication Reminders

Tailored to fit individual patient needs including medical conditions, our staff is prepared to provide reminders, basic care and encourage beneficial practice to maintain a patients optimal health.

Meal Prepping

Daily routines and medical attention are tied to diet and meal regulation. Our staff is prepared to assist in everyday meals including dietary, medical, and preferential food needs.

Day Trips

Day trips and experiences outside of the home support a positive and energized outlook on life. Our staff encourages day trips for patients looking to engage and expand their activities.

Transportation

Travel and transportation isn't readily accessible for everyone. With assisted care, our staff is fully vetted and able to provide general transportation for everyday needs and activities.

Social & Intellectual Activities

Every patient's individual care needs are different. For some, a tailored care plan is ideal, for others's 24/7 line-in care is. Our staff is prepared to offer any range of options to fit your needs, all day and every day.

  • What kind of healthcare staff do you employ?

    STNA, CNA, HHA, CPR Certified, Medication 1, 2, & 3, and trained Home health aids make up our trained staff. 

  • How do we determine the right care plan?

    We will walk you through the process of developing an individual care plan that factors in the individual health needs, lifestyle, and abilities all with strong family communication and more! We will be with you every step of the way and will work to pair the best healthcare professional with you or your loved one to ensure optimal care. 

  • What is you typical client to staff ratio?

    Our typical staff-to-client ratio is 1:3. This also includes n on-staff nurse in the building.  

  • What does communication look like with the family?

    Communication with family is determined within the individual's health care plan. We will work with you to determine the desired communication level and process and ensure those needs are being met for the patient and their loved ones.
