Our staff is fully trained to provide healthcare expertise alongside general companionship to ensure you or your loved ones maintain their daily routine with independence.

Hygiene Assistance

Your healthcare professional is readily equipped to assist in all hygiene-related needs including offsetting a patient's abilities, providing reminders or monitoring.

Alzheimer's & Dementia Care

Our healthcare staff is certified and trained to provide Alzheimer's and Dementia care including personal care, hygiene, companionship, and more.

Medication Reminders

Tailored to fit individual patient needs including medical conditions, our staff is prepared to provide reminders, basic care and encourage beneficial practice to maintain a patients optimal health.

Meal Prepping

Daily routines and medical attention are tied to diet and meal regulation. Our staff is prepared to assist in everyday meals including dietary, medical, and preferential food needs.

Light Housekeeping

Companionship care is all-encompassing. Daily routines and needs include mind, body, and space. Our team is fully equipped to assist in daily and light home care needs to facilitate a better livelihood for a patient.

Day Trips

Day trips and experiences outside of the home support a positive and energized outlook on life. Our staff encourages day trips for patients looking to engage and expand their activities.

Transportation

Travel and transportation isn't readily accessible for everyone. With assisted care, our staff is fully vetted and able to provide general transportation for everyday needs and activities.

24/7 Live- in Care

Every patient's individual care needs are different. For some, a tailored care plan is ideal, for others 24/7 live-in care is. Our staff is prepared to offer any range of options to fit your needs, all day and every day.

INTERVIEW

Our staff begins with a detailed interview to determine your and your family's individual needs and organize a tailored plan to facilitate the best healthcare avenue.

ONBOARDING 

Once a plan is agreed to, we will board a patient by setting up their payment plan, staff pairing, daily routine, and family collaboration. This ensures we have a full understanding of the expectations for us and the patient.

FREE ASSESSMENT

Our free assessment including in-home meetings is able to determine the full scope of medical, personal, and family care needed to maintain a patient's optimal health.

STAFF TRAINING

We fully train and prepare our staff to facilitate your individual needs including backup support and supplementary care so you always have peace of mind that you or your loved one will be taken care of to the best of our abilities.

  • What does communication look like with the family?

    Communication with family is determined within the individual's health care plan. We will work with you to determine the desired communication level and process and ensure those needs are being met for the patient and their loved ones. 

  • How do I determine the best care plan?

    We will walk you through the process of developing n individual care plan that factors in the individual health needs, lifestyle, desired outcomes, family communication and more! We will be with you every step of the way and will work to pair the best healthcare professional with you or your loved one to ensure optimal care. 

  • Is there a discount for couples?

    Yes! We do offer discounts for couples care living in the same residence. 

  • What kind of healthcare staff do you employ?

    STNA, CNA, HHA, and experienced caregivers are on staff at all times.
